How to disconnect a LINE channel integration.

Disconnection Steps

Step 1: Access Channel Menu

• Navigate to the Channels section in the left sidebar
• Select the LINE menu

Step 2: Access LINE Management Page

• The LINE Management page will be displayed
• Connected LINE channels are shown in a table format

Step 3: Enter Channel Management Page

• Click the Manage button for the LINE channel you want to disconnect
• You will be redirected to the channel’s detailed management page

Step 4: Execute Disconnection

• Click the Disconnect button located in the upper right corner of the management page
• The disconnection will be completed

Notes

• Once disconnected, message reception through the LINE channel will be stopped
• You can reconnect at any time if needed
